Who we are
Full Court Analytics is a basketball analytics and film service based in Fort Wayne, Indiana. We work with high school and AAU programs. This policy explains what information we collect through getfca.com and through the service itself, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
- Contact information. Name, school or program, job title, email address, and phone number, provided by you or gathered from publicly listed athletic department and program directories.
- Game film and related data. Film you send us and the statistical data our analysts produce from it.
- Account information. Login credentials and account settings for coaches and players using the platform.
- Basic technical information. Standard server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages requested.
We do not collect payment card details on this website.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver breakdowns, analytics, reports, and clips for your program.
- To operate accounts and provide support.
- To send business correspondence about the service, including outreach to coaches and athletic staff at their professional addresses.
- To keep the site and platform secure and working correctly.
Film and program data
Film you send us and the data produced from it belong to your program. We use them to deliver your service. We do not sell them and we do not share an individual program's film or identifiable data with another program or with third parties, except where we need a service provider to host or process it on our behalf, or where the law requires disclosure.
Student athletes
Our service produces performance data about student athletes on behalf of the school or program that engages us. That program controls how the data is used and shared with its athletes and families. We act at the direction of the program and do not use student athlete data for advertising.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as hosting, email delivery, and video storage. They are permitted to use the information only to perform services for us. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The platform uses cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in.
Retention
We keep program film and data for as long as your program is active with us, and for a reasonable period afterward for continuity if you return. You can request earlier deletion.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from our email at any time. Email josh@getfca.com and we will act on it. See also our Anti-Spam Policy.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
