Anti-Spam Policy

Full Court Analytics does not send unsolicited bulk email. We honor all opt-out requests. If you want us to stop contacting you, reply to any message from us or email josh@getfca.com and we will remove you.

What we send

We send a small volume of individual business correspondence to coaches, athletic directors, and program staff about our basketball analytics service. Messages go to professional addresses in a work context. We do not run mass consumer marketing campaigns and we do not send bulk promotional mail.

Where addresses come from

Contact details come from publicly listed school athletic department pages, program staff directories, and people who gave us their address directly. We do not buy, rent, sell, or trade email lists, and we do not scrape addresses from unrelated sources or harvest them from the open web.

How to stop hearing from us

Reply to any message and say stop, or use the unsubscribe link in the message.
Email josh@getfca.com from the address you want removed.

Removal requests are processed promptly, and in all cases within ten business days. Once an address is removed it is added to a permanent suppression list so it is not contacted again. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to confirm twice.

Standards we follow

Accurate sender name, from address, and reply-to address on every message.
Subject lines that reflect the actual content of the message.
No forged headers, no misleading routing information, and no attempts to disguise the origin of a message.
A valid physical mailing address included in commercial messages.
A clear way to opt out in every commercial message.
Compliance with the US CAN-SPAM Act and equivalent requirements where they apply.

Report a problem

If you received a message from us that you believe violates this policy, or one that appears to use our domain or brand without our authorization, send it to josh@getfca.com with full headers if you can. We investigate every report.
